This award-winning venue is now not only known for a fun game with friends or work associates but outstanding bar snacks, incredible drinks menu and great vibe that has people staying on well after the last dart is thrown.

3Wood Hospitality provided leasing advice for the business owner’s in securing this unique and historical site in Fortitude Valley. The venue that sure came with some challenges and also a huge opportunity to breath life back into one of Brisbane’s great buildings. Being part of the team who brought this venue to life was a privilege and some to be very proud of. Completing the kitchen and bar designs were great challenges to solve in this unique property. Now a multi-level entertainment precinct in its own right, Oche’ will be around for many years to come.
