Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality and property industries throughout Australia, Canada and the UK. From working with 5star international hotel brands, to being a qualified and registered real estate agent, he has established an impressive list of contacts, knowledge and experience in commercial business.

As the National Franchise Development Manager for Hog’s Breath Cafe (Australia) for more than 12 years, which included developing and opening more than 45 restaurants, Peter founded 3Wood Consultancy Pty Ltd, and more recently established the industry specific brand of 3Wood Hospitality.

Hospitality is Peter’s passion and seeing a project develop from the ground up is his strength. The 3Wood Hospitality Team is built on the unique relationships that Peter has established with developers, leasing agents, solicitors, accountants, brokers, designers, builders and trade suppliers to ensure the best outcome for his clients.
