Chipmunks Playland and Cafe – Australia

Chipmunks Playland & Café is an internationally trademarked brand that began in New Zealand and quickly expanding into Australia. It has now become a well-known brand among families as a state-of-the-art entertainment facility and birthday party venue for young children. Catering to children aged 0-11 years, Chipmunks prides itself on over 25 years of experience, creating a safe environment and indoor playground for children to play, explore and learn. The venues are well known to host children’s birthday parties and private functions for large groups of kids, with a cafe on-site offering fresh, tasty food and drinks to its customers daily as well as catering for birthdays and other special occasions in store.

3Wood Hospitality involvement with the company began with designing the café and party room facilities for their new locations. That soon grew into Project Management of full fitouts, commercial kitchen equipment supply, and grand openings around the country. The venue at MacGregor in Brisbane is their biggest site to date (over 1000m2) with a four-level interactive playland, party rooms, toilets, and full café facilities. The business and brand have gone from strength to strength and 3Wood Hospitality is very proud to be part of this success in multiple locations through Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
